Return and Refund
OUR ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may request to return them to us at support@kittnaykay.com within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original resalable condition. Please include the order number and the reason for the return in your email request.
Once returned, you will be eligible to receive an exchange or a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that this credit will not include the cost of the original postage and/or packaging. We are unable to process exchanges or refunds for items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
TERMS & GUIDELINES
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with their original tags and packaging.
- We do not cover the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- All returned packages should be sent using a traceable, insured service.
- Kitt Nay Kay will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss that may occur during the return shipment process.
- All returned items are subject to quality control. Kitt Nay Kay reserves the right to refuse a return and/or exchange if the items do not meet all the specified conditions.
- Discounted items, items purchased during a sale, undergarments, socks, and grooming products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- You can choose to exchange the items with another item (subject to stock availability) or receive store credit for your return.
- Product exchanges can only be carried out once per receipt.
- Store credit issued will be based on the value you paid for the items (excluding the original cost of postage and/or packaging).
- Store credit can be used for your next purchase on kittnaykay.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
International returns and size exchanges must be covered by the customer. We recommend using your local postal service or a courier. The cost of delivering the exchanged items to the customer must also be borne by the customer and will be the standard shipping fees for the customer’s respective region. Kitt Nay Kay will not be responsible for any return customs charges incurred.
Ensure that your return is securely packaged and meets all the specified conditions.

Items with defects and/or those delivered in error are eligible for free returns.
